In April 1995, Mr. Alok Roy, a geotechnical engineer both by profession as well as passion and a National Scholar, B.E. (Civil), M.C.E.(Soil Mechanics & Foundation Engg.), M.I.E., M.I.G.S., M.A.S.C.E., M.I.P.H.E, M.A.C.I. (I)., C. Eng.(I), founded a proprietory firm under the name & style of 'GEOTEST'. On 14th May 2003, 'GEOTEST' was converted to GEOTEST ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. under his leadership, he being sworn in, as the Managing Director.

It came into being with the motive of serving the civil engineering fraternity by offering Sub-Soil Exploration and Land Survey Services with conclusive authenticity, for small & medium sized projects. However, our realm extended steadily to large sized projects over a short period of time.
